The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

H. B. 4235 – “A Bill to amend and reenact §20-2B-7, of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the sale of hunting, fishing and trapping licenses; permitting full-time nonresident students attending in-state colleges or universities to purchase lifetime resident statewide hunting, trapping and trout fishing and fishing licenses.”
